Where to Go for Assistance

E-mail / UTORmail Problems

All problems relating to U/T central mail services should be directed to E-mail Operations ('email.ops@utoronto.ca'). The Information Commons Help Desk can aslo be contacted by telephone at 416-978-HELP (416-978-4357) or by email at help.desk@utoronto.ca; they are located on the 1'st floor of Robarts Library on the St. George campus.

Networking Problems

Students

The Joint Operations Group (JOG) does not respond to enquires from University students. For general assistance and network related problems, please contact the University's Information Commons Help Desk.

Students in residence should contact their local Residence Network Administrator regarding network-related issues.

Faculty and Staff

For general network support, University faculty and staff are should first contact their local departmental system administrator/network support representative. If required, this person will then contact theJoint Operations Group (JOG) for additional information or assistance. However, if you have a specific issue you would like to discuss with us, please feel free to contact us at one of the e-mail addresses below.
